About Milan

Milan is the second largest city in Italy after Rome and the capital of Lombardy. Milan is a major fashion and automotive capital and one of the wealthiest cities of Europe.

Places to visit in Milan, situated in the north of Italy, are the Duomo di Milano, named after the city; Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, one of the oldest shopping malls of the world; La Scala, one of the biggest opera halls of the world; Delle Grazie Church, where Da Vinci’s Last Supper can be found; the Brera Palace; and Castello Sforzesco. The San Siro Stadium, where the two major teams of the city play, is also worth a visit. You can shop for high-end Italian brands on its shopping streets.
